Cranked is currently in active development. Access to playtest builds, early access versions, or beta releases is provided “as is” and may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of access.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time during development. Features shown on the Website or in promotional materials represent development goals and are not guaranteed to be included in the final release.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Game includes modding tools or other features that allow you to create and share content, you retain ownership of your original creations. However, by sharing content through our platforms, you grant Session Syndicate AB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Game and its promotion.

6. Third-Party Services

The Website may contain links to third-party services (Steam, Patreon, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Purchases and Refunds

Purchases of the Game are made through third-party platforms such as Steam. All purchases, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by the terms and refund policies of those platforms. We do not process payments directly through this Website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Game are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website or Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Session Syndicate AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or the Game.
